Our mission:
Mossy Puddle gives Belfair's young children a slow, unhurried childhood where children belongs as they are, and gives their families a community to grow alongside them.
Our story:
Jana Jones spent years as a data analyst and math tutor before she became a Belfair parent and saw what was missing: a safe, unhurried place for young children, especially neurodivergent children and kids with sensory needs. In 2024 she opened Mossy Puddle in her home. It has grown into a licensed preschool, a homeschool group, free family classes, and a team of teachers who share her belief that when a child's needs are met, learning comes naturally.
