Payment Options and Requirements
Early Bird Enrollment
April 1 – May 31, 2026
For the Fall 2026 Semester
Families who enroll during the Early Bird period receive the reduced semester rate of $300 per family.
To reserve a spot during Early Bird enrollment, a $150 deposit is required by May 31, 2026. The remaining $150 balance will be invoiced once early enrollment closes and the co-op is confirmed to move forward.
If the minimum number of families required to run the program is not reached, all deposits will be fully refunded.
General Enrollment
June 1 – July 31, 2026
For the Fall 2026 Semester
After Early Bird enrollment closes, families may register during the General Enrollment period at the standard rate of $350 per family per semester.
Full payment is due at the time of registration to secure your family’s place in the co-op. Spaces are limited and will be filled in the order registrations are received.
Enrollment will remain open until July 31 or until the co-op reaches capacity.
State Park Use Fees
Washington State Parks charges a $2 per person, per day fee for organized group use. Mossy Puddle pays this fee directly to the park system on behalf of the co-op each year.
To cover this required cost, families will be billed $2 per person per co-op day, invoiced monthly via QuickBooks based on attendance. This fee goes directly toward the state park use charges required for our gatherings.
